Services 1 is the world’s first government service centre designed to provide a platform for the co-creation and delivery of government services in collaboration with the general public, customers, private businesses and governmental partners using state-of-the-art behavioural science and information technology.
At the core of this futuristic centre, located in the Emirates Towers, will be the provision of accessible,
straightforward, seamless government service transactions which minimize the need for repeated customer visits and which maximize customer happiness. At present, the centre offers three packaged services, namely:

Co-Creation of Government Services: collaborating with customers and partners to co-design and re-engineer government services using a range of service design techniques and behavioural science methods.
An innovation workspace dedicated for customers and governmental partners to come together to co-design/enhance both new and existing government services. The centre will employ the latest international service design methods including storytelling, customer journey mapping, service blueprints, and 3D modelling, amongst others.
This bundle offers a set of services related to getting married, which includes the issuance of the Marriage Certificate and a new Family Book in addition to the necessary attestations. The bundle is offered to Muslim UAE nationals and non UAE nationals residing or visiting the emirate of Dubai. Bundle deliverables will be issued within 1-2 days.

This bundle offers a set of services related to having a new baby, which includes the issuance of all formal identification documents for the baby: issuance of Birth Certificate, addition of the baby in Family Book and the Population Registry, issuance of Passport and Emirates Identity. The bundle is offered to UAE nationals born in a private hospital in the Emirate of Dubai. Bundle deliverables will be issued within 4-5 days.
This bundle offers a set of services related to having a new baby, which includes the issuance of formal identification documents for the baby: the issuance and attestation of Birth Certificate in the first phase, the issuance of Residency (after the issuance of Baby’s passport from the home country) and the issuance of the Emirates ID as second phase. This bundle is offered to UAE residents or visitors delivering in a private hospital in the emirate of Dubai. Bundle deliverables will be issued within 2-3 days.
This bundle offers a set of services related to hiring in the United Arab Emirates, which includes: the allocation of quota for new employees, the issuance of initial approvals, job offers and work contracts. This bundle is offered to companies registered with the Ministry of the Human Resources and Emiratisation. Bundle deliverables will be issued within 8-12 days*.

Yes you can get the birth certificate in English at Services "1" center
How many copies of the birth certificate do you get when applying for mabrook ma yak bundle ?
You will get one copy when applying for mabrook ma yak bundle
Can I get additional Copies from my birth certificate?
Yes you can get additional copies from the birth certificate for an additional fee of AED 50 per copy.
Can I request to issue a replacment for a lost Birth Certificate?
Yes you can issue a request for replacment of a lost Birth Certificate at a fee AED 50. In Dubai you will require to bring the parents oroginal passports, Emirates IDs and Family book and the parents marriage certifiacte.
What are the required documents for attesting the birth certificate?
No additional documents are required however the Birth Certificate needs to be attested by the respective preventive medicine department prior to it being attested by the ministry of foreign affairs.
Do we need finger prints for the new born baby to issue Emirates ID ?
Finger print are not required for a new born baby
How will the baby name appear in Emirates ID and Passport when using Mabrook Ma Yak services ?
The name on ID and Passpprt will appaer just as the father provided them when he applied for the service
What are the baby photo requirements?
"The background should be white. The baby face should be clearly visible. The eyes should be open. The file format should be JPEG/JPG. The photo should be of good quality (300 DPI) or higher
What are the cases where passport is not valid for issuance?
Passport cannot be issued if the photo specifications are not met
What is Smart Pass?
Smart Pass is a government service that gives you a unified account to access services provided by government entities in the UAE. It is available to Citizens, Residents (Emirates ID Card holders) and Visitors
How else can I use smart pass?
Smart pass will allow you to access over 100 e-services from 7 entities without the need to provide these four key documents which are Emirates ID, Passport, FamilyBook and Residency.
Why should I register for Smart Pass to avail Mabrook Ma Yak service?
You will need to register for smart pass to be able to avail the electronic version of Mabrook Ma Yak, whereby you can access the service to name the new born, upload the baby's picture and pay all fees online should you like to apply for the service from the comfort of your home.
How can I register for Smart Pass?
You can register here at the center via any of the tablets distributed at the smart bar. You can also register using a personal computer connected with a compatible Emirates ID card reader or you can register using over 200 Smart Pass kiosk distributed across the country.
How can I access Mabrook Ma Yak service bundle online?
The service is available through https://services.government.ae, you also need to be registered with Smart Pass and use the Smart Pass account credentials to log-in to the portal.
How can I track my application for Mabrook My Yak?
You will be given a New Born Baby (NBB) reference number that you will can follow up with online via http://services.government.ae . You must be a smart pass registered user to be able to access the portal. Or you can contact us on 600 565565.
How can I pay Mabrook Ma Yak Bundle fees?
You can pay for Mabrook May Yak fees either online or using any credit card issued in the UAE or using e-Dirham. Unfortunately we do not accept cash at the center.
How will collect my documents for Mabrook May Yak ?
If you have received Mabrook Ma Yak services at Services 1 center, we will not ask you to come and collect the documents. Although we would love to see you again, but we will happily deliver them for you. Our delivery agent will contact for drop off location.
Where can I get e-Dirham Cards?
e-Dirham cards can be obtained through any branch of the National Bank of Abu Dhabi. The red or blue card can also be obtained through any of the approved distribution centers located at Tasheel and Emirates Post offices and across the UAE

If the establishment is in one of the free zones, can the business owner avail of the employment bundle at Services 1?
Only the establishments registered with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation are able to avail of the Employment Bundle at Services 1.
Is there a maximum number of applications a business owner can complete in one visit?
To ensure providing an equal opportunity for all customers to benefit from the services of the center, we have limited the number of transactions for each customer to be 5 per visit

Are the fees the same as the fees charged at other centers providing the same bundle services?
Yes, the fees are the same. The payment will be made for the services in advance in 3 stages: the first payment shall be made upon visiting Services 1, the remaining 2 payments shall be made online thereafter.
